Can I cancel my Quarterly Crate subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after a billing cycle will apply to the following quarter, as boxes are shipped quarterly and your membership runs for the full three months.

The Quarterly Crate subscription is a min of 3 monthly payments on repeat.

How often will I receive a new crate?

Crates are sent out once every three months (quarterly). You will receive your first crate at the start of the following quarter once payment is received which will be either January, April, July or October and then every quarter after that.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the day of the month in which you made your first payment and will be billed either every month or year depending on the package you subscribed to.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping rates may vary depending on location and will be added to your monthly payments once agreed upon. Shipping to the UK is free! Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs.

What if I don’t like a box? Can I return it?

We strive to create boxes that deliver immense value, but if you are unsatisfied with your crate, you can contact our support team. Due to the nature of the products, we currently do not accept returns, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

What happens if my crate is damaged or missing items?

If your crate arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement depending on the circumstances and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All crates are sent out bubble wrapped, in mailing bags and with fragile stickers to keep them as safe on their travels as possible!
